Very easy
- Start thread over hook point
- Tie in tail
- Tie in eyes
- Tie in rib
- Tie in flash chenille
- Take thread forward to hook eye
- Wrap chenille in touching turns
- Tie down and cut off surplus
- Rib the fly
- Tie down rib and cut off surplus
- Trim the chenille to a taper
